Shannon Waltchack is a Real Estate Investment company that acquires profitable Real Estate Investments across the southeast. Our goal is to become the preferred buyer of properties in our markets. Towards that end we try to make each transaction as enjoyable as possible for all parties involved.
We started Shannon Waltchack Investment Real Estate because we love finding, purchasing and owning real estate. We have a passion for value enhancing opportunities not just for ourselves but for our investors, many of whom have never owned commercial real estate. We also seek out opportunities to share ownership with the Broker who found and brought us the deal.
The way we look at it, we’d rather own a smaller percentage of many deals instead of owning all of a few. It spreads out the risk and allows us to interact with more investors, tenants and brokers.
